Just tried these on Aritzia and I was surprised how well they fit my body. For reference I am 5'2 and 100lbs and am wearing a size 2XS. I could've even sized up for a more flowy/loose fit.

Another good linen pants find from Aritzia - this one is made from linen and tencel. They fit me very well - the only downside was that they were a little bit itchy for me.
