RETURNS

U.S RETURN POLICY

We get it, things don't always work out... We offer returns for either a refund in the original form of payment, store credit, or an exchange for a different size or color. If you would like to return or exchange an item please send us an email at sales@topsfordays.com within 14 days of delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 
Please note that all final sale and sample sale items (items $20 and below) are not eligible for a return or exchange.

EXCHANGES

Please email us at sales@topsfordays.com to exchange your item. We will send you a return label upon approval. Once we receive the original package at our warehouse, we will send out the desired size or color you requested at no additional cost. Please note, once you exchange an item it is final sale. 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

REFUNDS

Please allow 3-4 business days for your return or exchange to processed once it arrives at our warehouse. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued. Please note we charge a $6.95 restocking fee for each order placed. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

At the moment, we do not accept returns on international orders. We strive to make sure that the sizing and fit of our pieces will fit you accordingly. To date, all TOPSFORDAYS international customers have been highly satisfied with size and quality of our pieces. Please do not hesitate to contact us regarding sizing/fit before placing an order to insure that your top fits to your liking.
